Golden Rule Insurance - Terrible web site and customer service
The web site is terrible and difficult to navigate.In the claims area, the download command gives you an excel spreadsheet that the claim numbers are unreadable.
(They are formatted in scientific notation!!) i was able to reformat the claim number column, then found over $750 in errors on the form. The EOB (Explanation of Benefits) forms that the company is suppose to provide are incomplete. They do not print the second page of the form that has the explanation of the front page!
And they expect you to go paperless!!!!
It took me 4 calls and a month before I got to a competent customer service person.She was able to clear things up and hopefully reports the problem to her company.
